Every state-of-the-art Trendsetter Homes Sales Center will feature a large-screen monitor connected to the Internet where buyers can enjoy a virtual tour of every home offered by Trendsetter Homes. “It’s the next best thing to having a model home for every home design. The experience is just like walking through an actual on-site model,” Ryan added.
In addition, available structural options such as fireplaces, alternate window configurations, and wet and dry bar areas can be “plugged in” to the bird’s eye floorplan view for each home with the click of a mouse, illustrating for the buyer how the option changes the room.
This ground-breaking concept in home shopping will debut at their Twin Lakes Sales Center in Springfield at a Grand Opening celebration on December 8. Similar sales centers will follow at Hickory Valley (to serve the Hickory Valley and Lakes at Wild Horse communities) in Springfield and at Shuyler Ridge in Republic, Missouri. In addition, model homes are being built in Hickory Valley and Shuyler Ridge.
The Trendsetter homes at Twin Lakes start in the $160s and range into the mid-$200s.
